Reference is made to the announcement by Duopharma Biotech Berhad (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “Duopharma Biotech”) on 5 February 2026 and all the announcements before that in relation to the above matter (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Previous Announcements"). Duopharma Biotech wishes to inform that the trial dates previously fixed by the High Court have been rescheduled to 9th to 11th June and 26th June 2026.
