We wish to announce that D&O-C18 has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 26 February 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:

Cash Settlement Amount

= Number of D&O-C18 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of D&O-C18 x (RM0.5290 - RM1.3000) x (1/2.5)
= Number of D&O-C18 x RM0.0000

The Closing Price of RM0.5290 was determined based on the average closing price of the D&O Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.

As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised D&O-C18 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to D&O-C18 shall terminate absolutely.
