Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus dated 26 February 2026 issued by Adnex Group Berhad.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 26 February 2026 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 5 March 2026.

In the event there is any change to the indicative timetable above, we will advertise a notice of the changes in widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers within Malaysia and make the relevant announcements through the website of Bursa Securities.
