OFFERING OF UP TO 25,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF ECO WORLD DEVELOPMENT GROUP BERHAD ("ECOWLD") ("ECOWLD-C54")

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 25,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of ECOWLD by way of market making.


The ECOWLD-C54 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The ECOWLD-C54 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025. The ECOWLD-C54 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2025. The obligations of MCSM under ECOWLD-C54 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025.
