The Board of Directors of Careplus (“the Board”) wishes to announce the following:
(a) Careplus had on 25 February 2026 acquired 30% equity interest in NexV Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. (“NMSB”), consisting of 30 ordinary shares in NMSB from GoAuto Group Sdn. Bhd. (“GoAuto”), at a purchase consideration of RM30.00 (“Acquisition”); and
(b) Careplus and GoAuto had on 25 February 2026 mutually agreed to terminate the joint venture and shareholders agreement in respect of NMSB ("Termination").
Further details on the Acquisition and the Termination are set out in the attachment enclosed.
