Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 24 October 2025 ("Previous Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Previous Announcement.
As at the date of this announcement, the conditions precedent as set out in the conditional sale and purchase agreement (“SPA”) have not been fulfilled.
The Company wishes to announce that the parties have mutually agreed to extend the cut-off period of the SPA until 26 May 2026, to provide more time for the parties to complete the remaining conditions precedent as set out in the SPA.
Save for the foregoing extension of the cut-off period, all terms and conditions of the SPA remain unchanged.
Further developments and/or completion of the Acquisition will be announced in due course.
