The Board of Directors of MCB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate at the forthcoming Twentieth Annual General Meeting ("20th AGM") of the Company.
Details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be disclosed in a circular to shareholders of the Company which will be made available to shareholders together with the Integrated Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 in due course.
