Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 5 May 2025 and 3 July 2025 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Court has informed that no defence has been filed and/or entered by the Defendants after the filing of judgement in default of defence by the Company’s solicitors, Messrs. Kai & Co.

The Court has ordered the Defendants to pay the Company jointly and/or severally as follows:

1. the sum of RM500,000.00 to the Company or the Company’s solicitors within seven (7) days from the date of the order dated 21 January 2026;
2. a declaration that the Company is entitled to trace and/or conduct investigations against the Defendants in respect of the recovery of RM500,000.00;
3. interest at the rate of 4% per annum on the sum of RM500,000.00 calculated from 10 March 2020 until the date of judgment;
4. interest at the rate of 5% per annum on the sum of RM500,000.00 calculated from the date of filing of the judgement in default of defence until the date of full and final settlement;
5. general damages to be assessed by the Court;
6. aggravated damages to be assessed by the Court;
7. exemplary damages to be assessed by the Court; and
8. costs of RM3,408.00.
