On behalf of the Company, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 25 February 2026, resolved to grant a waiver to GIAB from complying with the requirement of Rule 6.12 of the Listing Requirements to announce its semi-annual financial results for the 6-month financial period ended 31 December 2025, after taking into consideration the waiver application submitted by the Company on 19 February 2026.
