1. Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcements in relation to this matter. Unless otherwise defined, all terms used herein shall have the same meanings as ascribed to them in the said announcements.
2. As previously announced, the High Court had on 9 January 2026 dismissed the claims brought by LCH and LCK (the 2nd and 3rd Plaintiffs) and ordered costs to be paid to the Company and DB (“High Court Judgment”).
3. The Company wishes to announce that LCH and LCK have on 6 February 2026 filed a notice of appeal to the Court of Appeal against the High Court Judgment (“Appeal”). The Appeal has been fixed for case management via e-review on 7 May 2026.
4. The Company will make further announcements as and when there are any material developments in respect of this matter. |
