- Restructure of Risk Management & Sustainability Board Committee (RMSBC)

In line with the recommended practices of the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance 2021 (MCCG), the Board of Directors of MMSV wishes to announce the following changes to the Risk Management & Sustainability Board Committee (RMSBC) with effect from 25 February 2026:-

 

  1. Mr. Tan Hock Hin has resigned as a Member of the RMSBC, in view of his current role as Chairman of the Board.
  2. Following his resignation, the Board has approved the appointment of Ms. Khor Meow Ling as a Member of the RMSBC.

 

Consequent to the above changes, the composition of the RMSBC is as follows:
