The Board of Directors of TSH Resources Berhad (“Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has revised its dividend policy.

Under the revised policy, the dividend payout ratio will be increased from 20%–30% to a minimum of 30% of the consolidated net profit attributable to owners of the Company with immediate effect.

The revision was made in light of the Company’s strengthened financial position and consistent earnings performance. The Directors believe that the higher payout rate will better reward shareholders and will be favourably received by investors.
