- Offer of Awards under Coraza's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP")

Pursuant to Rule 9.19(51) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Coraza wishes to announce that the Company has on 24 February 2026 made the third offer of awards of options to subscribe for new ordinary shares in Coraza (“ESOS Options”) to eligible persons under the LTIP. The details are set out below: -
