Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Solarvest Holdings Berhad ("Solarvest" or "Company") wishes to announce that it has offered options to the eligible Directors and employees of the Company and its non-dormant subsidiaries to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company under the ESOS on 23 February 2026. The details of the offer are as follows:-

Number of ESOS options offered : 30,000,000
Closing market price of Solarvest’s shares of the date of the offer : RM2.28
Number of ESOS options offered to Directors of Solarvest :

1. Lim Chin Siu - 3,000,000

2. Tan Chyi Boon - 3,000,000

3. Dato' Chong Chun Shiong - 3,000,000

4. Other Eligible Employees - Up to 21,000,000 Options
Vesting period of ESOS options offered : 100% vested on 31 January 2027
