Reference is made to the Company’s latest announcement on 29 January 2026 pertaining to the monthly updates on the default in payment. Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the previous announcements.

The Board of Directors of BPHB wishes to announce that there were no material developments pertaining to the status of the default in payment, which is currently pending the Court’s determination of a new hearing date.

The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions from the Court.
