Reference is made to Progressive Impact Corporation Berhad's ("PICORP's" or "the Company's") announcements dated 9 August 2024, 26 November 2024, 25 February 2025, 13 May 2025, 26 August 2025 and 25 November 2025 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between Serunai Commerce Sdn Bhd and the Department of Halal Auditing – Halalan Thoyyiban Studies of the Central Board of Muhammadiyah and ALS Technichem (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the Company ("the Announcements").

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors of PICORP wishes to inform that upon discussion, the Parties have mutually agreed not to proceed with the MOU which has lapsed on 8 August 2025.

The lapse of the MOU does not have any effect on the issued and paid-up capital, shareholdings of its substantial shareholders, net assets and gearing and earnings and earnings per share of the Company.
