| Working experience and occupation | Ms Tan Guan Ling is a senior professional with over 25 years of experience across construction, property development, investment holding, and manufacturing sectors. She began her career as a Finance Executive at MBF Holdings Berhad in 1996. Prior to joining the Company on 23 September 2019 as Senior Manager, she held various positions in corporate finance and accounting functions with several companies, primarily public-listed entities. She was subsequently promoted to Assistant General Manager, where she heads the Corporate and Finance Department. In this role, she oversees corporate finance, treasury, budgeting, statutory reporting, Bursa compliance, and board reporting functions. She is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) as well as an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). |
