We refer to the announcements dated 19 January 2026 and 23 January 2026 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 23 February 2026, resolved to approve the listing of and quotation for up to 212,753,290 new Digistar Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement.

The approval granted by Bursa Securities for the Proposed Private Placement is subject to the following conditions:-

1. Digistar and UOBKH must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (“Listing Requirements”) pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;
2. Digistar is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolutions passed by its shareholders at a general meeting for the Proposed Private Placement;
3. Digistar and UOBKH are required to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the Proposed Private Placement;
4. Digistar is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed; and
5. UOBKH is required to furnish Bursa Securities with details of the placees in accordance with Paragraph 6.15 of the Listing Requirements as soon as practicable after each tranche of placement and before the listing of the new Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement.
