The Board of Directors of Cepatwawasan Group Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the renewal of the share buy-back mandate (“Proposal”) at the forthcoming Twenty-Sixth Annual General Meeting to be convened.

A Statement to Shareholders which sets out details of the Proposal will be issued to the shareholders in due course.
