Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as previously defined in the earlier announcements dated 27 August 2025 and 24 November 2025 in relation to the MOU.
Further to the Company's announcements made on 27 August 2025 and 24 November 2025, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that there is no material development pertaining to the MOU between HHRG and RJJ.
