The Board of Directors of GUH Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the Shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be convened at a date to be notified later:-

i)  Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority; and

ii) Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate and Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature.

(collectively referred to as "the Proposals")

 A statement / circular containing the details of the Proposals will be made available to the shareholders on the Company’s website together with the Notice of AGM in due course.
