Reference is made to Radium’s previous announcement made on 3 December 2024.
The Board of Directors of Radium wishes to announce that the Sale and Purchase Agreement became unconditional on 23 July 2025 following the fulfilment of the conditions precedent.
The completion period was first extended to 31 December 2025 and subsequently further extended to 31 January 2026 with both extensions granted without the imposition of any interest or penalty.
Following the delivery of vacant possession on 31 January 2026, the balance purchase price of RM31,500,621.60 was paid in full on 13 February 2026 and thus, the Proposed Acquisition was completed accordingly.
