The Board of Directors of Seal (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company, Daiman Majumas Sdn Bhd (“DMSB”) (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) and Mutiara Waterfront Habitats Sdn Bhd (“MWHSB”) (an 80.00%-owned subsidiary of DMSB), had on 16 February 2026 entered into a conditional subscription cum shareholders agreement (“SSHA”) with Biopolis Group Sdn Bhd (“BGSB”) and TGSB in relation to the Proposed Collaboration.
