Reference is made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's letter dated 2 June 2022 in relation to the Approved Manager's Units, announcement dated 9 November 2023 ("Announcement") and AME REIT's prospectus dated 17 August 2022 ("Prospectus"). Unless otherwise stated, words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Prospectus.
The Manager's management fees for the period from 1 October 2025 to 31 December 2025 was RM1,408,899. Based on the issue price of RM1.7012 per Unit, being the 5-day volume weighted average price of AME REIT up to and including 3 February 2026, the Manager has received 828,180 new Units as management fees and is holding 11,098,509 Units or 2.09% immediately after such issue. |
