Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Listing Requirements”), the Board of Directors of Hong Seng wishes to announce the financial assistance provided by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hong Seng Capital Sdn Bhd (“HSCSB”), a money lending company, pursuant to its ordinary course of business as at 31 December 2025 as set out below:-
