We refer to the Company's announcement dated 1 March 2022 wherein ICB was classified as an affected listed issuer under Practice Note ("PN17") of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") as it has triggered the criteria prescribed under Paragraph 2.1(e) of PN17.
