Further to the announcement made on 19 June 2025 in relation to the letter of offer dated 19 June 2025 entered between Oriental Coffee International Sdn. Bhd. (“Oriental Coffee International” or the “Purchaser”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and Icon Façade Sdn. Bhd. (“IFSB” or the “Vendor”), the Board of Directors of Oriental Kopi wishes to announce that Oriental Coffee International, had on 12 February 2026 entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with IFSB for the acquisition of a parcel of leasehold land held under H.S.(D) 34133, PT 35187, Mukim Tanjong Duabelas, Daerah Kuala Langat, Negeri Selangor, together with a unit of factory lot erected thereon measuring approximately 5,262 square metres and bearing postal address of No. 39, Jalan TPP 3, Taman Perindustrian Putra, 47130 Puchong, Selangor, for a cash consideration of RM23.00 million.
