The MAYBANKC2L is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 14 April 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 12 June 2025, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 31 July 2025, the Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 29 August 2025, the Fourth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 3 February 2026 and the Term Sheet for the MAYBANKC2L dated 12 February 2026.

The MAYBANKC2L is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of the MAYBANKC2L is set out in the attachment.
