We refer to the Company’s Announcements on the above matter and wish to announce that the CAT has on 11 February 2026, unanimously dismissed the appeal by FFM, with no order as to costs (“CAT’s Decision”).

In the oral grounds delivered by the CAT, the CAT stated that it affirmed the findings and decisions in the Decision.

FFM is consulting with its external legal counsel on the appropriate actions to be taken to challenge the CAT’s Decision.

Further announcements will be made when there is any material development on this matter.
