References are made to the Company’s announcements dated 2 June 2023, 7 June 2023, 21 November 2023, 28 February 2024, 28 May 2024, 30 August 2024, 27 November 2024, 26 February 2025, 28 May 2025, 22 August 2025 and 26 November 2025.

The Board of Directors of SSBB wishes to announce that the Company has terminated the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with MCC Overseas (M) Sdn Bhd and Guangdong Bright Dream Robotics Co. Ltd. with immediate effect following the lapse of the thirty (30) days' written notice period for termination. The MOU was terminated due to the lack of any material progress or development arising from the intended collaboration (“Termination”).

Following the Termination, the parties are fully discharged from their respective obligations and performance under the MOU, if any. No party shall have any claim or demand against the others in relation to or arising from the Termination, save for any provisions which are expressly stated to survive the Termination.

The Termination is not expected to have any material financial impact on SSBB.
