On behalf of the Company, CIMB wishes to announce that CIMB and Berjaya Securities Sdn Bhd have submitted an application to the Securities Commission Malaysia under paragraph 1.12 of the Rules on Take-over, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions, to seek approval for the extension of time from 13 February 2026 to 6 March 2026 to despatch the scheme documents, including the independent advice letter.
