The Company wished to announce that subsequent to the case management on 9 February 2026, the Court has given the following directions:-

Case management for compliance is fixed on 10 November 2026; and

Hearing of this appeal is fixed on 24 November 2026.
The Company will make the necessary announcements as and when there are further developments in relation thereto.
