We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the RHBBANK Shares.
RHBBANKC74 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 20 November 2025 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. RHBBANKC74 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 8 December 2025 and the Term Sheet dated 10 February 2026.
RHBBANKC74 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of RHBBANKC74 is set out in the attachment. |
