GO INNOVATE ASIA BERHAD ("GIAB" OR "COMPANY")

Selective capital reduction and repayment exercise of GIAB pursuant to Section 117 of the Companies Act 2016 ("SCR") at RM0.0425 per ordinary share in GIAB

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Repayment” as from: 24 Feb 2026
2) The last date of lodgment : 25 Feb 2026
3) Date Payable : 27 Feb 2026

Remarks :

Under the SCR, all the shareholders of GIAB (other than Fong Pok Yee and Derrick Chia Kah Wai) whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of GIAB as at the Entitlement Date (as set out above) ("Entitled Shareholders") will receive a cash amount of RM0.0425 for each ordinary share in GIAB ("GIAB Share") held by them ("SCR Offer Price") on the Entitlement Date.

The settlement of the SCR Offer Price will be effected via electronic remittance into the Entitled Shareholders' bank accounts duly registered with Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd ("Bursa Depository") for purposes of receiving cash dividend/distribution ("eDividend Accounts"). For Entitled Shareholders who do not maintain eDividend Accounts, the settlement of the SCR Offer Price will be effected via remittance in the form of cheque which will be despatched by ordinary mail to the Entitled Shareholders (or their designated agents, as they may direct) at the Entitled Shareholders' registered Malaysian addresses last maintained with Bursa Depository, at their own risk. The settlement of the SCR Offer Price will be made on 27 February 2026.

The trading of GIAB Shares on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") will be suspended with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 24 February 2026, being one (1) market day prior to the Entitlement Date (as set out above). Accordingly, the last date and time for trading of GIAB Shares on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities prior to the suspension will be at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, 23 February 2026.

GIAB Shares will no longer be traded on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities following its suspension on Tuesday, 24 February 2026. For the avoidance of doubt, the trading of GIAB Shares will continue to be suspended until the delisting of GIAB from the Official List of Bursa Securities following the completion of the SCR.

The notice to shareholders in relation to the suspension of trading of GIAB Shares on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities and the Entitlement Date (as set out above) will be issued to the shareholders of GIAB on 10 February 2026.
