Pursuant to Paragraph 9.04 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that the following documents were served against the Company as the 7th Defendant by AGHG Biotech (M) Sdn. Bhd., Dato’ Dr. Li Wei and Zhang DanDan (collectively the “Plaintiffs”) on 9 February 2026 at its registered office from Plaintiffs’ solicitors, Messrs. Ahmad Deniel, Ruben & Co:

(a) A copy of the sealed Writ of Summons dated 4 February 2026;

(b) A copy of the sealed Notice of Application for an interim injunction dated 4 February 2026 (Interim Injunction Application);

(c) A copy of the Affidavit in Support affirmed by Zhang DanDan on 4 February 2026; and

(d) A copy of the Certificate of Urgency dated 4 February 2026.

The Interim Injunction Application filed by the Plaintiffs seek the following:-

1) A proprietary injunction against the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th Defendants to prohibit the transfer, disposal of and/or in any manner, dealing with the shares held by the 8th and/or 9th Defendant and/or any traceable proceeds thereof, namely any assets acquired directly or indirectly, in whole or in part from the said shares, pending the final disposal of the Plaintiffs’ action herein.

2) An interim injunction to prohibit 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th Defendants, whether jointly and/or severally, and/or through their employees and/or agents and/or representatives and/or otherwise howsoever, from convening, holding, proceeding with, or implementing the Extraordinary General Meeting of DFCITY scheduled to be held on 12 February 2026 for the removal of the 2nd Plaintiff and 3rd Plaintiff as Directors of the 7th Defendant, or any other date to which it may be adjourned and/or rescheduled, pending the disposal of the action herein.

3) An interim injunction to prohibit the 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th Defendants, whether jointly and/ or severally and/or through their employees and/or agents and/or representatives and/or otherwise howsoever, from tabling, proposing, voting on, approving or implementing any resolution to remove the 2nd Plaintiff and 3rd Plaintiff as Directors ion the 7th Defendant, pending the disposal of the action herein.

4) Alternatively, an interim injunction to prohibit the 8th and 9th Defendants whether directly or indirectly, from using the shares held by the 8th and/or 9th Defendants in the 7th Defendant to remove the 2nd and 3rd Plaintiffs as directors at the Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for 12.2.2026 or at any other meeting convened or held to give effect to such removal, pending the full disposal of the Plaintiffs’ action herein.

5) The Defendants be ordered to pay the costs of this application on an indemnity basis, whether jointly or severally.

6) The Plaintiffs be granted liberty to apply for any other order(s) that are just and beneficial for the purposes of this application at the hearing; and

7) Such other relief(s) or order(s) as this Honourable Court deems just and equitable.

The Interim Injunction Application is fixed for hearing on 10 February 2026.
