The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ann Joo Green Energy Sdn. Bhd. (“AJGE”), had on 6 February 2026 entered into an agreement with Ng Kwok Siong (“NKS”) and DSI Northern Source Sdn. Bhd. (“DSI”) in relation to the sale of AJGE’s entire 51% equity interest in Bumi Segar Indah Sdn. Bhd. (“BSI”), and the capitalisation of shareholders’ advances previously extended to BSI by AJGE.
