We refer to our announcement dated 27 November 2025 (“Announcement”) in relation to the Sukuk Programme.
Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.
The Board of Directors of Sunway wishes to announce that the Issuer has successfully made its first Islamic Commercial Papers (“ICPs”) issuance of RM20.0 million on 9 February 2026 under the Sukuk Programme following the fulfilment of all conditions precedent of the Sukuk Programme.
The proceeds raised from the issuance of ICPs under the Sukuk Programme shall be utilised for partial repayment of existing Islamic financings and to finance working capital requirements.
The ICPs issued by the Issuer will not have any impact on the share capital, net asset per share, earnings per share, or the substantial shareholding structure of Sunway Group.
