We refer to the earlier announcements dated 12 September 2025, 24 September 2025, 28 October 2025, 29 October 2025, 24 November 2025 and 28 November 2025 in relation to the SCR. Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used in the earlier announcements in relation to the SCR shall apply herein.

On behalf of the SciPack Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the High Court had on, 9 February 2026, granted an order confirming the reduction of share capital of the Company pursuant to Section 116 of the Act to give effect to the SCR ("High Court Order").

Following the above, the Company will proceed to lodge an office copy of the High Court Order with the Registrar of Companies pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act ("Lodgement") in due course. The SCR will become effective upon the Lodgement ("Effective Date"). For the avoidance of doubt, the Effective Date shall be on the same day as the entitlement date in respect of the SCR.

Accordingly, the entitlement date in respect of the SCR will be announced in due course.
