Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 13 June 2025 and 16 June 2025 in relation to the resignation of ChengCo PLT as the Auditors of CFM.
The Board of Directors of CFM wishes to announce that SBY Partners PLT (AF 0660), having consented to act as the Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, is appointed as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 9 February 2026 and will hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
