| Working experience and occupation | Ms Chan Foong Ping was attached to the Phillips Food Inc. group of companies from 2000 to 2011. Her last held position was Executive Director of a subsidiary in Hong Kong where she was responsible for overseeing the financial management system of the Asia Pacific region. She commenced her career as an accountant with a subsidiary of Lion Group in 1998. Prior to that, she gained three years of audit experience with Deloitte Kuala Lumpur.
In 2011, she was appointed Group Finance Director by Resource Holding Management Limited, a public company formerly listed on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") to oversee corporate exercises. Since 2014, she has been actively involved in corporate exercises, mergers and acquisitions and corporate development as a freelance consultant. |
