Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 8 August 2025 (the “Previous Announcement”) in relation to the Corporate Debt Restructuring Committee (“CDRC”), a committee under the purview of Bank Negara Malaysia, and the Company’s application for the CDRC’s assistance to mediate between the Company and its lenders. Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Previous Announcement.

BPHB wishes to announce that the Company has on 5 February 2026 received a letter dated 5 February 2026 issued by CDRC agreeing to the Company's request for the extension of the informal standstill period up to 6 August 2026.

Pursuant to Bank Negara Malaysia's CDRC Participants Code of Conduct, the Participating Lenders are to continue to observe the informal standstill and withhold all legal proceedings, and/or any other recovery action initiated or intended against BPHB.
