Dr. Tan Ee Heng ("Dr. Tan") is a seasoned healthcare professional, entrepreneur, and academic with over 25 years of experience spanning community pharmacy, healthcare management, corporate leadership, and regulatory engagement. 

Dr. Tan is the Founder and Managing Director of Holistic Pharmacy Sdn Bhd, an established integrative healthcare organisation founded in 2001, providing comprehensive pharmaceutical, wellness, and specialised healthcare services. His professional career demonstrates strong competencies in governance, risk management, strategic planning, compliance, and operational oversight within regulated industries.

In addition to his commercial experience, Dr. Tan serves as a part-time lecturer and industry mentor at the University of Malaya and the University of Nottingham Malaysia, where he contributes to advanced pharmacotherapy, healthcare analytics, and innovation-driven healthcare education. He is also actively involved in professional and industry bodies, including the Malaysian Pharmaceutical Society, and has served in advisory and committee roles related to healthcare policy and professional standards.

Dr. Tan brings to the Board a balanced combination of independent judgment, industry insight, academic rigor, and ethical leadership.
