The Board of Directors of Zen Tech wishes to announce that the Company had on 14 March 2024 offered 745,409,734 ESOS Options at an exercise price of RM0.0162 per option granted pursuant to ESOS By-Laws (“ESOS Options”). The 560,224,549 ESOS Options remain unexercised up to 6 February 2026 is hereby cancelled upon mutual agreement with the respective Directors of the Company who have requested for ESOS Cancellation.
