The Board of Directors of Nova Pharma Solutions Berhad has approved the change of the financial year end of the Company from 31 December 2025 to 30 June 2026 to provide adequate time for the Auditors to perform and complete the FYE audit. Following the change of financial year, the next set of Audited Financial Statements will cover a period of 18 months from 1 January 2025 to 30 June 2026. Thereafter, the subsequent financial year shall end on 30 June annually.
