Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 11 August 2025 and 10 December 2025.

 

The Company wishes to inform that the hearing of the following proceedings, which was originally fixed on 4 February 2026, did not proceed due to disruption to the Court’s e-filing system:

  1. Enclosure 9 – LHDN’s application to strike out the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim; and
  2. Enclosure 13 – TBSB’s application for the current suit and the Original Suit under Suit No. JA-21NCvC-13-03/2022 be heard together or consolidated.

Accordingly, the Court has directed as follows:

  1. Enclosure 9 – The hearing is fixed on 22 April 2026;
  2. Enclosure 13 – The hearing is fixed on 22 April 2026; and
  3. Main Suit – The parties are to file all remaining pre-trial documents.

The Company will make further announcement(s) on the material development of the case in due course.
