Reference is made to the announcement by Duopharma Biotech Berhad (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “Duopharma Biotech”) on 3 February 2026 and all the announcements before that in relation to the above matter (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Previous Announcements"). For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Previous Announcements unless otherwise defined herein.

Duopharma Biotech wishes to inform that the High Court at the Case Management today has given the following directions:- 

1. Parties to work on and file, before the next case management date which has been fixed on 5 March 2026 a set of common issues to be tried; and

2. Further directions regarding the filing of witness statements will be given at the next case management in anticipation of the trial which has been fixed from 2 June 2026 to 5 June 2026.

The Company will announce further developments on the above matter as and when necessary.
