The Board of Directors of Solarvest wishes to announce that the Company has approved an extension of the Company's ESOS, which is set to expire on 28 February 2026, for a further duration of one (1) year until 28 February 2027 in accordance with the terms of the ESOS By-Laws.
The extension is not subject to any approval from the Company's shareholders, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and/or any other relevant authorities. The appropriate notice on the extension will be served to the eligible ESOS grantees in due course.
