1. INTRODUCTION
 

The Board of Directors of Oxford Innotech Berhad (“OXB” or “Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, CG Solutions Enterprise Sdn Bhd has on 5 February 2026 accepted a second letter of award dated 5 February 2026 from the Singapore office of an Australia-based data centre and computer room infrastructure specialist. The Award involves the supply of critical steel infrastructure and metal precision steel components for advanced data centre airflow management systems amounting to RM4,800,000.00 (hereinafter referred to as “Award”). With the acceptance of the Award, the Group’s total data centre-related contract wins to date amount to RM9,600,000.00.

2. FINANCIAL EFFECTS

The Award will not have any effect on the issued share capital of the Company. However, it is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings and net assets per share of the Group.

3. RISK FACTORS

Save for normal business risks, the Company does not foresee any other material risks from the acceptance of the Award.

4. DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected to them have any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the Award.

5. DIRECTORS’ STATEMENT

The Board of Directors of the Company are of the opinion that the acceptance of the Award is in the best interest of the Company.
