We refer to our announcement on 20 June 2025 in relation to the application for striking off pursuant to Section 550 of the Companies Act 2016 by Power Star Hardware Sdn Bhd (“PSHSB”), an indirect subsidiary of Sunway, to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”).

Following the publication of the notice of striking off pursuant to Section 551(3) of the Companies Act 2016 in the Gazette via CCM's portal on 4 February 2026, Sunway wishes to announce that PSHSB has been struck off from the Register and dissolved on 28 January 2026.

Consequently, PSHSB has ceased to be a subsidiary of Sunway.
