The Board of Directors of Sunway wishes to announce that Sunway Property (Australia) Pty Ltd (“SPAPL”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway, has submitted an application for voluntary deregistration on 4 February 2026.

SPAPL was incorporated in Australia on 12 April 2019 with an issued and paid-up share capital of Australia Dollar Two (AU$2). SPAPL has been dormant since its inception.

The deregistration of SPAPL has no financial effect on Sunway.

None of the directors or major shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid deregistration.
